Diversificationop is a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with real estate developers. We do not guarantee the performance of any investment. All investments carry risks, including the total loss of invested capital.

The user acknowledges that real estate investments are speculative and subject to market risks. The Company does not offer financial advice. It is recommended to consult with financial advisors before investing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on this site are the property of Diversificationop S.A. and are protected by Panamanian and international intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Panamanian law, Diversificationop S.A. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Panama City.
